Midnight Mare & the Riders will fill the empty space of country music being represented here in Wollongong. It’s time to make their mark on the scene. An interesting past, bringing in the time and influence from the K-Pop world and transforming that talent and energy into a dusty spectacle. Traditional sounds of Americana cross over with iconic Australiana grit. A sound that will have anyone of us don a hat and holler like we pulled up to a mid west saloon. With the contradictive nature of influences past and present, they have a very unique sound and energy. Inspired by International acts like Rattlesnake Milk and Orville Peck, Australian Artists like Babitha and Caitlin Harnett and the Pony Boys. This mix brings forwards our very own local showcase of the best in Australiana and American Country. New music is set for release this year so hang tight, we are in for a treat. You won’t quite understand the yeehaw energy till you see it in person. Come be part of the community as we celebrate what country representation is all about.
